Your attentative encouraging manner and efficient thorough coaching, ensured safety and reassurance, giving me the confidence to reach my goals.

The atmosphere in Helen’s lessons is supportive and friendly and I value the companionship that has developed with my fellow participants. A number of us have been there since the start, but because of the way Helen personalises her teaching, new people have joined and are welcomed, and Helen makes sure that her lessons are accessible to everyone.

Helen delivers a very well rehearsed 90 minutes of yoga leaving me feeling exhausted, rested and revitalised. by the end of the session

I have found myself to be more stronger, balanced and focused after 9 months of yoga classes whether they have been in her studio or online.
